MIGSIF was formed with basic but solid principles that help guide us every day which guide our investment decisions and client relationships.

In 2009, Cherif Medawar, Investor and Founder of CMREI; filed a private fund, Medawar International Group Secured Income Fund (MIGSIF) with the SEC. Investors and CMREI Members are able to invest using MIGSIF with as little as $25,000 for each investment unit. MIGSIF Investors must have a net worth over $1 million excluding their home. These Investors invest directly with Cherif and find confidence in the safety of the Fund as their capital is fully secured by real estate. There is very little risk involved, making this an excellent way to build wealth. With this fund, Cherif’s alliance of professionals in California purchase foreclosure properties at auction in the San Francisco and San Mateo county area.

Cherif’s MIGSIF team rehabs the foreclosed property and sells them for cash within 6 months at an average sales price of $600,000. Accredited Investors earn between 10 and 12% per annum. In addition, CMREI graduate Members who attend the special Wealth Retreats are offered another opportunity to build wealth using their own syndication fund, called “Fund of Funds.”
